All our jewellery and accessories are available for a quick dispatch as they are in stock.
How much is postage for the UK?
Postage is free for UK residence.
Delivery is estimated to between 1 - 3 days.
We send most of these orders by First class postal service.
We post same or next day, except orders on a Friday after 12 midday and the weekend. Then they are dispatched on a Monday.
We only undertake a Saturday dispatch during the busy Christmas period of December.
Express Delivery UK only - conditions apply.
Special next day delivery via Royal Mail extra cost = £5.95.
Provided order is placed before 12 midday. Monday to Thursday. It will be sent the same day. After 12 midday the item will be sent the following day.
Orders placed on a Friday before 12 midday will be delivered usually on a Monday.
We do not have a Saturday guaranteed delivery, but most of the orders placed before 12 midday on a Friday may be delivered on a Saturday but this can not be guaranteed.
Orders on a Friday after 12 midday, Saturday or Sunday will be posted Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
All these orders will require a signature and are by a tracked service.
During peak Christmas weeks or adverse weather conditions we can not guarantee next day delivery.
How much is postage to the EU*?
£9 per order.
Via Airmail and will be by signed for delivery Airsure.

How much is postage to non EU International countries*.
£9 per order
Via Airmail and by signed for delivery service Airsure.
Estimated 3 - 14 days on average.
* If the wrong postage option is chosen - we will refund and deduct a £2 surcharge.
We do not send overseas or for large orders to the UK to PO Box numbers and your order will be refunded.
In the rare event that your item does not arrive. Royal Mail does not deem items lost until 30 days after postage for the UK and 60 for other countries. Therefore we are unable to refund or send another item within this time. We do take postal theft seriously and ask that you complete a legal document before refunding that will be forwarded to the Royal Mail's data base. Where they are able to track postal losses and act accordingly. We also have a robust policy system in place for prevention and tracing losses.
Is my order in stock?
Yes we do not sell any item that is not in stock. All our photographs are of the actual jewellery we do not use stock photographs. All our photographs are under copyright and can not be used without our permission.
Packaging used by Jewels and Finery UK
All our jewellery is packaged with care.
All items are dispatched in a plastic bag to prevent water damage.
Wrapped in a sheet of bubble wrap to protect the item from damage in the post.
Outer packaging is either a bubble envelope or a box depending on size or fragility of order

We only send two emails out (unless in the unlikely event that we have a problem with your order)
Notification of order - if you have not received this then you may have a mistake with entering your email address, please email us for confirmation.
Dispatch - to inform you that your order has been sent.
We do not send any marketing emails but you are welcome to sign up for our newsletter for special offers, information and prize draws
No quibble returns policy
If you change your mind and want to return the item and live in the UK. Please email us first within 14 days of delivery and return within 14 days from notifying us. We will then refund the cost including original normal delivery cost as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back. Items received back after this time will not be refunded but a credit given.
If you live outside the UK in the EU or are an internationally order then you have 30 days to inform us and then 30 days from this date to return.
The one thing we ask is that you repackage the item well to prevent damage and in the same packaging that it was sent.
Return to: J & F, 488 Lode Lane, Solihull, West Midlands, B92 8NU. It is important that the return is addressed to J & F as this helps stop theft during its journey.
Return delivery will not be paid for by us and we strongly recommend that you get a certificate of posting and send by a signed for service that is applicable for the cost of the item(s). We are not responsible for any unlikely lost in post items.
Extra delivery costs will also not be refunded, ie express and international postage costs.
We do not pay for extra postage and packaging of an item that has had the incorrect address given initially and any costs that has occurred to us for the return. The total postage and packaging cost will be deducted from the refund. If the wrong address is given - it is your responsibility to have updated PayPal or Google gateway addresses, not us I am afraid. If you wish the item can be brought again but we ask you to pay for the signed for express delivery option or we will not send it again.
We check all our items on dispatch to make sure they are in good to excellent condition (see the items full description ) In the event that the item is received damaged, please email us first for advice by returning the confirmation or dispatch email.
We reserve the right not to refund any item that has been mishandled, not wrapped correctly and has been damage via posting back or is not the original item sent out.
We do not except returns with earrings for pierced ears. We will have replaced parts for pre owned ear earrings and so in the interest of hygiene, we can not have these back. Clip on and screw back earrings can be returned
Refunds are by reversal of original payment. No refund money or cheques will be issued under any circumstance.
We do not refund gift items. However we will exchange for similar value or give a gift voucher for original cost on return of the item. Please email via our form for details and have the name and address of the original buyer.
